Realised development:
Our company has been awarded a grant under the GINOP_PLUSZ-2.1.3-24 scheme for the innovation/automation of our service and marketing processes.

I. Production/service innovation:
The development will include the purchase of Heidelberg Engineering’s Anterion device, which incorporates the Heyex 2 patient data management system, enabling faster, more accurate and efficient diagnostic processes. The Anterion uses Swept-Source OCT technology, which provides high-resolution imaging of the anterior segment of the eye, and is capable of securely storing and analysing patient data with Heyex 2 system integration. AI-based analysis features enable automatic processing and evaluation of image data, reducing the burden on specialists and increasing the speed and accuracy of diagnosis. The system also supports long-term monitoring of disease progression, which is particularly important in chronic diseases.

II. Marketing Innovation:
As a result of the eNET Hungary audit conducted in the framework of marketing innovation, it was determined that Nozologen Kft. needs to implement an AI-based smart assistant that will act as a chatbot on its website. The aim of the assistant is to support the customer’s orientation by answering questions about treatments and examinations, thus reducing the workload of customer service staff. The AI-based assistant will provide immediate answers, improving the customer experience and increasing the company’s efficiency. With the introduction of the assistant, patients will receive faster and more accurate answers, providing direct support in obtaining information.
